To apply for admission to St. Anastasia School, please follow the steps below:
Step 1:
Once you have decided St. Anastasia is the right choice for your child, please create an account for your family, fill out the online application below and pay the $50 non-refundable application fee**. Please note that application and payment does not guarantee admission due to waiting lists in several grades.
Online Application for 2024-2025 School Year
**Students in VPK Morning Only, please click 2024-2025 VPK Application to print an application. Please complete the application and bring to the school office or email it to Mrs. Cardoza at [email protected].
Students applying for the three-year-old program, must be 3 on or before September 1 of the school year for which they are registering. Students applying for the four-year-old program must, be 4 on or before September 1 of the school year for which they are registering. Children must be potty trained.
Step 2:
Once the application is complete, the Enrollment Coordinator will contact your family to schedule a student screening. Bring all required documents to the screening. Applications will not be reviewed until all items are
received. All new families (K-8) will be required to interview with the principal.

Step 3:
Upon acceptance, you will receive an email to login to your family portal, and complete your enrollment packet.
The enrollment packet should be completed with 3 days of receipt.
Step 4
For Grades K-8: Apply for Step Up for Students Scholarship, all students K-8 are eligible regardless of income. The estimated award amount for the 2024-2025 school year is $8,250 for grades K-3 and $7,600 for grades 4-8.
For Grades PreK3 -8: If your child has a medical diagnosis, IEP, speech or language impairment, be sure to look into the Step Up For Students Unique Abilities Scholarship. PreK3 and PreK 4 students with Step Up Unique Abilities Scholarships: Parents will pay the tuition & fees directly to the school and submit request to Step Up for reimbursement.

Once your student has been awarded a Step Up Scholarship, send a screenshot of the Award ID to Mia Fields at [email protected] for processing. Log into Step Up (EMA), go to My Students and click View to find the Award ID page. Please take a screenshot of the entire page, it is best to use a computer instead of a cell phone. Do not send the Application ID or Student ID pages.
Re-enrollment for returning families will begin on January 16, 2024, the packet is due by February 6, 2024. Please log into your Family Portal Link, click on Apply/Enroll to complete the online re-enrollment packet. During this process you will have the ability to update your family information, select a payment plan for tuition, and pay the enrollment fee. Enrollment fee is $450 per student for the first two children only.
